This is what I think can happen as soon as you open your eye and then the other eye and take a minute to eyeball the morning that was planned the night before and is greeting you and inviting you to look soon in the mirror at yourself during your teeth brushing routine:
So, still lying in bed on your stomach, raise yourself up by your arms while keeping your knees on the bed. Take care not to hit the headboard! You are going to do five or less. Completion of five or less is your goal for the week. This is not for the weak of heart. It takes great strength to do so little so consistently for a week. But this is your path. It will widen to ten more easy pushups in less than two weeks perhaps.
It’s up to you to do such an easy quick performance for yourself everyday. Good luck! (You don’t need luck however. )
